Special Events at Montparnasse Tower: Skating, Yoga & More

To keep locals interested, the Montparnasse Tower hosts some pretty wild seasonal events on the 59th-floor terrace.

Winter: The Highest Ice Rink

For several years, a small ice skating rink has been installed on the roof in December/January.

• The Vibe: Skating under the stars with the Eiffel Tower in the background.
• Cost: Usually included in the ticket price (+ rental fee for skates). Note: It is synthetic ice (ecological), so it feels slightly different, but the view is real.

Summer: The Rooftop Bar & Yoga

In summer, the terrace transforms into a lounge.

• Morning Yoga: Classes held at sunrise. Doing a "Sun Salutation" toward the actual rising sun over Paris is unforgettable.
• Concerts: Occasional acoustic sets or DJ nights create a club vibe in the clouds.

The Trampoline (2019)

One year, they installed a massive trampoline area. Bouncing 210 meters above the ground was not for the faint of heart!
